This year our 4-H Leadership Club met twice a month and worked through activities in the Leadership Roadtrip curriculum while also enjoying fun games and team-building exercises. For our community service project, we collected items for the AWA shelter and also visited AWA to learn more about their program.
We also took a trip to the Cohanzick Zoo where members participated in a hands-on learning activity and enjoyed an animal encounter. Another highlight was our club-level presentations, where each child selected a topic of their choice and brought visual aids from home to share with the group.
It was a wonderful year of learning, leadership, and fun together!
