There are many new things since the last report and the new members are learning fast. We have been back at the Special Services School and we are thankful they have allowed us to practice there again.
This season’s community service was to collect socks for Aspen Hills. We reached our goal and even passed it! We took pictures with the socks for Aspen Hills for all the residents and Aspen Hills said it would make the residents’ day as we hoped it would. We have graciously received donations for extra shoe taps in case any member requires a new one.
As I mentioned earlier, The new members are learning fast and learn a new dance each practice, we are very proud because of that. One of the council leaders will be retiring soon and we wish her well. As I mentioned in the last report, one of our leaders would be moving. She has officially done so. She has come to visit once and we were very happy to see her, we hope she will visit again soon, as we miss her dearly.
