This event is being funded by Viking Yachts and the William J. Healey Foundation.

Day 1: Tuesday, August 29, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Classroom education on fisheries management, environmental science, fish biology and tagging, and fishing techniques. Meets at the RCE of Burlington County (2 Academy Drive, Westampton, NJ 08060).

Day 2: Wednesday, August 30, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Field trip to Viking Yacht Center in New Grenta. Youth will receive a tour of the facility and learn about the boat-building process. Youth will then do freshwater fishing at Ocean Acres Park. Bus transportation is provided from the RCE of Burlington County.

Day 3: Thursday, August 31, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Fishing trip aboard the “Bingo” fishing boat from Leonardo, NJ (https://bingosportfishing.com/). Bus transportation is available from the RCE of Burlington County.
