Over the course of the last few months the Goat club has been very active in both county and state events. Our favorite is the state goat video contest which we participate in every year and enjoy filming editing and submitting a video. We had a very successful bake sale fundraiser which helped support our farm fair as well as the Columbus Grange who we were very thankful to for donating for the fair to our club Speaking of the Farm fair, this year we were very well attended with the bleachers packed for our show. It was a very hot day but successful for everyone. Our clover buds really took the show handling and learning more about their goats. Several members entered the state goat show in Hunterdon County this past week and had a great time there as well. We are thankful for the welcoming gestures 100 and county goat club showed our members.
