Small Animal Show on Sunday, June 5, 2022 was filled with leaders and youth members from the Carrot Club, Crazy Critters, and Barnyard Bandits. Youth were extremely excited to participate and they bought out all their small animals to show. The show was just shy of 50 animal entries.
Nona and the Barnyard Bandits have a unique way of allowing their youth that do not have small animals the exposure and experience of what a show is like. Her youth spoke confidently with the judges about the animals they were assigned to show. The youth got to experience the show as they took the animals to health checks upon arrival, received their show cards, and took the animals to the appropriate station to be judged.
The judges were really knowledgeable in their field and encouraged youth throughout the process.
Some unique animals that were shown was Ball Pythons, Hedgehog, Chinese Dwarf Hamster.
